Any Photographer that posts any photos or works on this site or group pages are the exclusive property of that photographer and may not be used in any way, shape or form. In whole, altered, or modified, without that photographers express written and signed release form. All photographs are to be treated as if they have the most strict of copyrights available unless otherwise noted by the photographer on the post or photograph.

If you do wish to use a photograph you must contact the photographer of the work in question and request a release for that individual work be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you with permissions to use the photo for your specific uses.

Without a signed release from the photograph owner in hand you may not use his/her work and may be subject to criminal prosecution under copyright laws.
