Introduction

Hi, I'm hoping to get outdoors and hike/ride/walk/travel with folks who will stop long enough to take pictures.

What are your favorite subjects to photograph?

Landscapes. Scenes. I'm not a people photographer as such.

What's your self proclaimed level of experience?

Beginner.

What are you hoping to get out of this group?

I have a nice digital SLR that I would like to use to its potential. I need to get my brain around the relationship between f stop and film speed and such. I'm also thinking of ways to enhance photos post production or to even combine photos with other media. So far I can't make my camera express the beauty of the outer valley....
