Thanks for the vote. A sunrise stroll through the bottoms at Ft. Leavenworth between the airstrip and the river should net some opportunities for bird pictures for the next month or so. Whether you get lucky as I did or not is another question. I feel like if you haven't gotten lucky, you haven't "been there" enough. A trip or two up to Squaw Creek between now and Memorial Day is also in order. Let me know if you want company.

Thanks for the input. I'm glad someone enjoys my critiques. I worry that someone will feel I'm too free with my opinions but it seems to me that the biggest reason for joining such a group is to get input on your work. I hope everyone will feel free to comment on mine. I'm not thinned skinned, bash away.

Hi Scott. Thanks for the comment. Yes we lucked out on the cloudy skies, however just to let you know, I put the image in Nik software plugins to bring out the contrast a little. The information was in the picture, just had to up the contrast to see it. Clouds in Las Vegas is a luxury! LOL.
