Introduction
I'd like to meet other shutter addicts and do my best to learn, teach, and have fun behind the lens.
What are your favorite subjects to photograph?
I don't have a favorite subject per se. As long as I'm behind the lens, I'm happy. I prefer people when they're happy, landscapes when they're moody, animals in their element and macro when I'm bored.
What's your self proclaimed level of experience?
Advanced Hobbyist I suppose. I work as a full time professional fireman, and am father of a 3 year old so a lot of my time goes to work and family, but when I can I love to get out and take frames.
What are you hoping to get out of this group?
I'd like this group to join my cult and drink the magic kool-aid...well that or meet fun interesting people that share my passion for photography. You know what, lets go with the latter, the former isn't quite ready yet.

thx rock.... I still want to know where that alleyway is.... also LOVE your close up of the bee.... i just bought a nikor 60mm 2.8 and can't figure out how to go to its lowest aperture.... it only cranks down to 3.4
