Very interesting and fun -

Seriously I thought, why did I reserve a spot in this workshop; I've been operating an SLR for decades (...and tying-up a valuable Saturday afternoon to boot)? But I learned more about my DSLR camera in those two hours than over the previous two years of tinkering and reading the manual. I'm hoping now for both an artificial lighting as well as a Photo-shoping workshop. Thank you! -

Good though I recall it said show up before 11:00 but should have also included that doors didnt open till 10:00 -

This was my first trip to Oatman. It was a really unique experience. The babies were so cute! Even though the group was small in numbers, we had a great time. -

A well planned drive route (loop). Oatman was great location for photos and fun. :-) -
Trip to Oatman, just a very enjoyable trip, the others that attended made the trip worthwhile . I'm in for the next trip. I want to thank Richard for the driving and generally being a good host -
Our Meetup started at the Fiesta Henderson with a great breakfast and then car pooled it to Oatman Az. The weather was great and the donkeys were waiting for us. Good thing I brought extra carrots along because Daniella totally enjoyed feeding the donkeys. The rest of us also had a great time feeding the donkeys and taking pictures. The good guy, bad guy gun show was also great. I have to rate this a 5 star event because all of us had so much fun. Hope to see the rest of you next time ;-) -

Had a great time for my first meetup event! The cars were so cool and got to meet some great individuals! -

I have to give this one a very poor rating. No pre-planning, no actual meeting place, no method of communication with the "leader". We were just left to wander around.

Very informative, thank-you so much Canon and B&C Camera. But... there were to many people and the air conditioning couldn't keep-up with all the body heat. Can you say "sweat-lodge"? Got to give credit to the staff & speaker, they tuffed-it-out! Perhaps in the future the classes should be limited to the people that actually sign-up.— Mike...

The class was good, however, it seemed to be more of a sales pitch than a workshop. I only learned two new things, and they did not come from the speaker. It seemed to be too generalized and covered too much ground to make it as effective for "intermediate" photographers as I would have hoped. But then it WAS free, and put on by Canon. I feel we are being basically ignored by Canon. As seen by the numbers of people who showed up, I can guess that if Canon were to offer a true "workshop/field trip" environment in our area, they would find a bigger market than they obviously think they have. Too bad. -
Amazing class. Hope the Canon people come back and do more classes. -

Good, basic information was given. There was a thorough review of photography basics and an excellent booklet was given out with a detailed overview of the material covered. I would highly recommend this class to someone starting out in photography, regardless of the brand of camera they are using.— Becca
