I can get a couple people to model for us and we can take turns shooting and learning off each other. it would have to be a Tues. evening though (FYI models would be Cirque Du Soleil Performers).

You realize that it could be 120° out there, in the monsoon season right?
If you plan for coulds we would never meet or take photos
Can't go but did find some directions: from the I-215/I-515 intersection in Henderson, head south on US-93/95 for approximately 8 miles. When US-95 splits from US-93 just before Boulder City, drive south on US-95. The lake bed is to the right (west), immediately adjacent to the highway. You will find an access ramp to take you onto the lake bed approximately 6 miles from the US-93/95 interchange.
ok this is confusing.... too many changes.. is it Tuesday, Wed or thurs???
Is this date solid now ? If so , count me in. What are we doing for lighting , just speedlites ? I can't make it at 7 , but could be there by 8pm.
nothing like confusion as to when something is going to happen
O.K. Joanie: If it were scheduled for July 27th or 28th it would work well for me. I can bring light stands and 18" soft boxes one with a grid. I also have Nikon SB-800's and wizard Flex/TT5's with fresh batteries in all. My set-up is specific to NIKON though. Could be a lot of fun. Tues. night would cut me short because I have to go to work at 9:00pm. Let me know. Thanks, Brad.
At the top of the page it says Tuesday July 26 which I can do and if someone has a generator I have a couple of small studio lights and a work light that I can bring. The studio lights are small and don't throw a lot of light but I think they would give some pleasant light.
If it's on Wednesday though I can't do it I'll be working.
I have a power port in the back of my SUV and a power converter that I have never tested with a load no bigger than a charger, what the heck, lets see how much it will do
If it's a Tuesday, count me in.
